Self Defense for Women in Calgary


At Ju Jitsu Rugby we are one of the very few organisations who teach specifically for Self Defense. For women in Rugby, courses are held regularly at our location.

Self Defense for Women in Calgary are held outside of our regular classes for the people who are not looking to attend classes 2 or 3 times per week or more.

Many people are simply after one-off courses or a one that they can drop-in at their own convenience.

Come and give them a go, self defense for Women in Rugby is held as often as possible, a minimum of 1 class per month but it often works out as many more. We also try to run them at different areas around the City.

It's 100% Free - We want to ensure we remove any barriers that will prevent you from attending a course of such importance. This is the same course we previously charged people to attend. It is simply our way of giving back.

We have many instructors with a great deal of experience and very keen to help you.
